FiveTrack Device
Keeping track of your assets has never been easier. Our monitoring service allows you to add our FiveTrack device to any type of shipment, and it will track it for 90 days or the life of the battery. Whether it's ground, air, ocean or a combination of them, our device can be inserted inside a box, pallet, container or vehicle. Get peace of mind knowing your assets are being monitored by our reliable and accurate system.
1- Activate by pressing button.
Press the button until you see a green light, then release. After activating device always check that the device is reporting correctly by scanning the QR code on the device and detecting a map marker on the map. An animated red marker on the map showing your location is the best way to confirm activation was successful.
2- Add device to shipment
You can add to any type of shipment inside or outside the packed products, including iced containers and enclosed coolers. The device has a double sided tape with removable transparent and non toxic Adhesive. Remember when you add it to the shipment take a photo of the devices on the shipment, this will prove shipment in good condition when destination also shares a picture upon arrival. Giving you proof of zero contamination on your shipment together with the light sensor report.
3- Visibility to everyone.
Scan the QR code on the device and share the link with anyone you want, including adding the QR code label to shipment documents and taking photos as part of your shipment pictures. We will keep all shipment data online for 12 months for history reviews if needed.
4- Location
Map will show you las location of shipment and previous locations. (the big red marker on the map is an animated marker signaling where your shipment is currently) This can help you determine transit times, distances and routes taken.
5- Temperature
Monitor your shipment's temperature at all times. Don't depend on third parties and have full control of your shipment's critical information.
6- Shipment integrity
Monitor that no one opened your box, pallet, crate, ocean container etc. Allowing peace of mind of no contamination during transit. Adding photos at origin and photos at destination helps confirming all intact and in perfect condition.
6- Shipment handling
